Rising Card

Using a borrowed deck of playing cards, have someone choose any card in it and then return it to the deck. The deck is then placed back in it's case. At your command, the selected card begins to mysteriously rise up out of the pack! Remember, this is a borrowed deck and can even be shuffled by the spectator! Easy to perform.
